Your assistant meets you at the terminal point confirmed in writing — usually the entrance, a service desk or the check-in area. They help at check-in, take you through security and passport control using Fast Track where the airport offers it, and accompany you towards the lounge or gate if that is included. Airline check-in and boarding deadlines still apply.

The airport’s departure package starts at the terminal kerbside and covers check-in assistance, priority security, lounge access and the route to the gate. The standard meeting is two hours before departure; long-distance flights use a three-hour meeting and an additional-hour charge. For travellers who only need a security lane, Nice Access in Terminal 1 is a separate self-service ticket with no personal escort.
A departure escort can meet you at an agreed terminal entrance or check-in point, help with baggage and tax-refund formalities where included, then guide you through the available controls towards boarding. Extime’s assistance offer and Air France Concierge have their own scope and eligibility. Air France’s published booking cutoff is 18:00 on the day before departure. Lounge access and an external chauffeur should be requested as separate items unless the quote includes them.
