The meeting point depends on the airport, terminal and service: at the aircraft, at the terminal entrance, at a service desk or in the public arrivals hall. The exact place and time are confirmed in writing for your flight before you travel.

How do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you send a request. We first confirm availability and the final price in writing and send the payment details together with that confirmation. Companies receive an invoice.

Yes. Add the company name and VAT number to your request, and the invoice will be issued to the company.
